Are you a good all-round ASP.Net
developer looking for a bit on the side? Expectra often have the need for
occasional contractors to help with overflow work. As a contractor you would
work your own hours remotely, so you'll need to be setup with Visual Studio 2008
and SQL Server Management Studio.
The bulk of work offered is a
combination of ASP.Net web development using Visual Studio 2008, with database
layers interfacing to SQL Server databases. We like all rounders that are just
as comfortable coding in Javascript and raw HTML as they are in VB.Net. And,
yes, to collaborate on our projects you'll need to be fluent in VB.
If you'd like to be put on our list of
contractors send us your resume and/or portflio. We'll need to see examples of
your work, but this shouldn't deter undergraduates as we strongly believe in the
mentor/protege relationship.
Current Opportunities
We have an
existing requirement for an occasional contractor as described above. This
position would best suit an IT graduate. If you would like to be considered
for this role please send your resume to info@expectra.com.au.
