We are very excited to announce the

2010 Fee Changes
From the 1st of January 2010, our hourly rate has increased to $99.00 including
gst. There are a number of reasons for the increase, but it should be noted that
this is our second only increase since starting out almost six years ago. On a
brighter note we have overhauled the fee structure for our web hosting, the net
result being a saving of around 25% for most of our customers. Most of our
clients are on our Windows Basic plan, which has dropped from $25 per month to
$18.65 per month (gst inc). Look out for your savings in your next renewal.
We have also changed the way in which we charge web hosting fees. Until now, web
hosting has been charged in advance for the 12 month period ahead. We will now
charge month by month via credit card or direct debit instead. Over the next few
weeks each of our customers will be sent a form that explains the new system and
allows them to provide us with the necessary payment details.

Downtime
We have just
returned from a short holiday to Adelaide. Picture it: 2 adults, 2 kids, a baby
and a dog driving from Geelong to Adelaide to spend a week together in a tent.
Sound like the holiday from hell? In some ways it was tough of course, but it
was great for us all to get away from the routine of home and work for a while
and just enjoy each others company. It was also great to catch up with friends
and family, especially over Christmas.
