How it all works:

Once you've engaged Expectra to create your website, things will start happening quickly. First, we will ask for a part payment or deposit to get started, or if you take up our "lease to buy" option then it will just be the first installment up front. Then we start working on a mock layout of your website's home page. This will be a totally unique, one-off design, based on your ideas or our designer's vision of your business. This design is then submitted to you for approval. If you like the design as it is, all well and good, otherwise we are happy to make as many revisions based on your feedback as required to give you a design that you are 100% happy with. Once you have signed off on the design we then convert the design from a still image into an actual web site. At this point we will usually ask you to start assembling any written content you want featured in the site and any associated images or other media. This empty "skeleton" site is made available to you over the Internet so you can see the site taking shape. This also helps crystallise what content is required to complete the site. As content is received from you we format each web page and apply search engine optimisation techniques, helping the site to be found later by search engines. Once all pages have been completed we go over the entire website with you, making sure that every web page is exactly as it should be. It is only once you are completely happy with the site as a whole that we publish it live to the Internet.

Payment options:

Outright Purchase
This is the simplest option. Usually there are three payments to be made; a one-third deposit at project commencement, a second one-third payment upon completion of the graphic design component and the final one-third payment upon project completion. At our discretion, and in consultation with you, we may come to a more flexible payment arrangement

Lease to Buy
Leasing is a great way to get the site you want now and has great tax benefits as well. For a small setup fee we can set up a lease agreement to spread payments over a one to three year period. Click here for more information.
